Welcome! My health journey began over 20 years ago, rooted in a passion for teaching and a commitment to holistic wellness. With 18 years of experience as a secondary school teacher, I’ve had the privilege of educating students not only in Geography but also in Nutrition and Herbalism - exploring the power of nature's plants to support a vibrant lifestyle.
Through Eco Gardens NSW, I’ve inspired students across various schools to embrace healthy, earth-friendly choices.
Life, for me, is an incredible journey of continuous learning, filled with moments of beauty, love, and connection that enrich us all.
